Bento for Business is free to use for the first 60 days starting from the day your application is approved. After the 60-day free trial, a monthly subscription is charged to use Bento. There are four plans to suit your business needs: Starter, Team, Professional, and Enterprise. Each new card added to the account counts toward your monthly subscription plan. Most customers only need to pay a monthly subscription while using Bento. Here’s a list of fees not charged for: No setup fees, No card load fees, No domestic withdrawal or debit fees, No interest charges (this is not a credit card), No card issuance fees, No domestic or international transaction fees, No decline or overdraft fees, No cancellation fees ( Note: Refund Check Fee of $15.00 per check applies when a balance remains in the account at the time of cancellation). Other Fees: Free trial and monthly plan pricing do not cover fees based on certain account activities.

Bento for Business enables businesses to pay their vendors quickly and have the option of initiating payments via Bento Pay™ and Direct ACH Payment. Only Business Owners and Admins with Full Access permissions to the Payments section can send and manage payments.

You control when and how much you want to pay with the available funds in your Bento account. Delegate work smartly. Only the Business Owner and Admins with the right permissions have access to the Payments feature. Adjust this anytime under Admins setting. Simplify reporting and management. Just like your Bento card transactions, payments are recorded and tracked right inside your account, giving you the visibility you need to take control of where your money is going. Available now to Bento users. On July 11th, 2019, we released Bento Pay under a new “Payments” section in your Bento account. Please note that for your security only the Business Owner and Admins with full account access can use Payments by default. How To Open A Aistote Account?
To create a FREE Bento account (for Bento patient member), follow these steps:
- Download the Bento Dental app for iOS or Android.
- Click "Create a new account".
- Select the patient types (Employer/Group, Healthshare, or Individual). Use Individual if signing up for an in-office plan.
- Enter your email and create a password.
- Add your personal information, SSN, and payment info.
For creating a new user in Bento for Business, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Users tab > click Add User.
- Select a User Type (Employee or Admin) next to Role.
- Enter User details.
- Click Add User.
Please note that creating a user does not automatically create a card for that user. Navigate to the Cards tab to add cards and assign to users. You can create Employee and Admin users.
